At Frankie's on the Park, we want you to love your purchase, but if your new style isn't quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
